Dance Biography:
Louise Del Carlo was one of the original founders of the Bay Swingers, along with her sister Drene and several others. The Bay Swingers was the first West Coast Swing club in Northern California, preceding The Next Generation Swing Dance Club. Louise competed often with Bill Joslin and Stan Hardiman as her partners, and she focused on West Coast Swing. She served as a judge at the very first Boogie By the Bay swing dance convention. She lived in San Francisco for many years, eventually moving to Sacramento.
